Meet your family's next road trip companion: this 2022 Volkswagen Taos 1.5T SE, roomy enough for kids, cousins, grandparents, and everything they pack for the weekend. The back seat offers real legroom for growing kids and car seats alike, while the cargo area swallows up soccer bags, strollers, coolers, and suitcases without anyone playing Tetris in the driveway. The turbocharged 1.5L engine puts out a peppy 158 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque, so merging onto the highway with a full car never feels like a struggle. Safety is built into every drive here, with ABS and traction control working quietly in the background to keep your family secure on wet roads, mountain passes, or crowded parking lots. The cloth seats are easy to wipe down after juice box spills, and front air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable no matter how hot the summer road trip gets. Little ones in the back will love having their own space to settle in for the ride. This Taos is the kind of dependable, well-rounded SUV that makes family adventures easier, from weekend camping trips to soccer tournaments to the long haul to grandma's house. Book it, load it up, and let the memories start the moment you pull out of the driveway.
